A complete wrap-around 6-month training and mentoring programme to enable rapid immersion into employee advocacy focusing on acquiring practical skills and delivering results quickly and effectively.
Suitable for a pilot or to reignite an existing programme, over the 6 months it encompasses 60 days of training up to Level 6 (personal brand), content support, monthly clinics, community and accountability and evaluation.
