- 5 live online, hour-long coaching sessions, tailored to your brand and delegates job roles (spread over 5 weeks)
- Weekly live online breakout sessions with colleagues, led by course leaders Andrew and Nigel (part of coaching sessions)
- Learning Hub with supporting resources for all video tutorials
