Andrew Seel is CEO of We Are Togethr, an award-winning employee advocacy platform based in Brighton. Togethr works globally with major brands including retail and consumer brands, airlines, hotel chains and corporates. Andrew has launched successful employee advocacy programmes for John Lewis & Partners, the Post Office, Waitrose and Iceland Foods to name a few.
Andrew’s digital experience goes back over 20 years to the early days of the web in 1996 where he managed the development of online communities for AOL. As Senior Editor for Travel he worked with major partners including LastMinute.com and Expedia. He later set up award winning digital consultancy Getfrank and was involved in major digital projects for Channel 4 and EMI (eg Gorillaz).
An expert in digital and advocate marketing strategy, Andrew has since consulted for many brands globally including: Air Mauritius, Iceland Foods, Saatchi & Saatchi, Mediacom, The 7Stars, Accenture, Wall’s, Virgin Atlantic, Haagen-Dazs, Four Seasons, Sony, European Tour golf, British Swimming, The Royal Bank of Scotland and the Institute of Chartered Accountants.
Nigel is an expert in digital marketing and co-founded Togethr alongside Andrew Seel back in 2003. He's also CEO of Author Spark. He was previously a writer and editor for Channel 4 Television.
Nigel is a published author. His debut novel Beat The Rain was a semi-finalist in the Goodreads Choice Awards, Best Debut Author in 2016. Second novel The Pursuit of Ordinary was longlisted for The Guardian’s Not The Booker Prize and was a finalist in the People’s Book Prize for Fiction 2019. He's just finished his third novel.
